Questions Answered
Clear answers about quote paths, website scope, ecommerce, ownership, mobile quality, support, and how a Rizenyte Web project moves.
What is included in a business website build?
A business website build usually includes the agreed pages, mobile friendly layout, contact flow, clear structure, and the polish confirmed in scope. Larger scopes can include more pages, stronger content flow, and admin-managed areas.
Do I need to buy the domain, hosting, or Shopify plan?
Yes. The client usually pays for the domain, hosting, Shopify plan, payment provider setup, paid apps, and outside tools unless we agree to something different in writing.
Which quote path should I choose?
Choose the closest quote path first: media production website, business website, real estate website, ecommerce website, travel agency website, restaurant website, custom dashboard, marketing assets, or maintenance. If the scope crosses categories, send an inquiry and we will point you to the cleanest path.
Can Rizenyte Web support media-heavy websites?
Yes. Media-heavy website work can include portfolio sections, fast loading structure, image and video presentation, proof, and a clean inquiry flow.
Can you build a website for a media company or creative studio?
Yes. Rizenyte Web builds portfolio and media websites that show visual work clearly, keep pages fast, organize proof, and make inquiries easy.
Do website builds include SEO basics?
Website plans include practical SEO foundations such as clean page structure, metadata, sitemap support, mobile checks, indexable pages, and content hierarchy. Deeper SEO pages depend on the selected scope.
Can I update website content after launch?
Full website and dashboard scopes can include admin controls for selected content such as page copy, media, listings, packages, testimonials, or blog pages. Smaller scopes can be updated through a scoped maintenance agreement.
Can you improve an existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Yes, if the current site is workable. Maintenance and cleanup are scoped one time by agreement and can cover mobile issues, broken sections, content changes, performance problems, form fixes, and clearer page structure.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Most inquiries get a reply within 24 hours. If we need more detail, we will ask. If the scope is already clear, we will point you to the cleanest next step.
Who owns the website after delivery?
The client owns the domain, hosting, accounts, and final site access unless we agree to something else in writing. We keep the setup clean so you are not locked into hidden accounts.
Do you have more questions?
Send the brief or ask directly. We will point you to the cleanest next step.
